In 2012, Groupe Cogestion was asked to organize an HR event for Bombardier. Bombardier wanted an event that would foster a sense of belonging, pride and commitment to the company’s values among its employees.
Groupe Cogestion created “Pionneers of Tomorrow,” an interactive experience that would immerse employees in the company’s history while propelling them towards the future.
Along the path, employees were asked, in various fun ways, to select the company values which felt essential to them. They were invited to consider the past pioneers that earned Bombardier its reputation and, in turn, think of themselves as pioneers of tomorrow.
